At SMAI, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unused, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Gear

  Print your generated shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
